Healthy Shelf at the Johnson Park Center (JPC) Food Pantry is inside the new JPC Community Center at 1415 West Street in Utica. Healthy Shelf supports individuals and families in Oneida County and surrounding areas every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
